At McCord & Associates we’ve handled a wide range of transportation risks, including various standard and non-standard trucking and commercial auto programs.  We have worked with various policy forms and coverages that can be involved, whether it’s primary motor carrier liability, bobtail or “non-trucking”, courier or delivery, Hired or Non-Owned, owner-operators, or many others.

We understand the impact of Bills of Lading, Lease Agreements, Broker-Carrier Agreements, Motor Carrier authority, and most importantly why they can be important when a claim arises and how they can affect that claim.

We also know the importance of a quick response when a loss occurs, to determine what happened and how, to review and confirm the coverage, how critical it can be to identify any issues, and to make sure they’re addressed in a timely manner.
