Rick McCord

Rick founded Criterion Claim Solutions (now McCord & Associates) in 2001.  He has over 45 years experience in the insurance industry, having held various claims positions including field adjuster, supervisor, Claim Manager, and Vice President of Claim Operations for a Midwest insurer.  During that time he has been involved in developing and/or implementing numerous programs, processes, and technologies, has served in a number of industry organizations, has presented multiple training sessions, and earned his CPCU designation.
